Le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail peut augmenter le grignotage au d\u00e9triment d\u2019une alimentation vari\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Maintenir voire augmenter ses <strong>activit\u00e9s physiques hebdomadaires<\/strong> dans la mesure o\u00f9 les d\u00e9placements sont diminu\u00e9s. (pas de transport, pas de d\u00e9placement d\u2019une r\u00e9union \u00e0 l\u2019autre).<br \/>\nEn cas de confinement, certains coachs sportifs proposent en ligne des vid\u00e9os \u00e0 faire chez soi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u2019assurer que son \u00e9clairage de travail est suffisant<\/strong> et prendre dans la mesure du possible un peu de lumi\u00e8re du jour quotidiennement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mettre en place des temps de d\u00e9tente chaque jour<\/strong> (notamment apr\u00e8s sa journ\u00e9e de travail).<\/p>\n<p>Avez-vous essay\u00e9 la sophrologie&nbsp;?
